Update snudown-js to 3.2.0 (#5255)

This release reduces its initial memory usage to 64k from 16M,
by taking advantage of Emscripten's dynamic memory growth.

When I initially implemented snudown-js, dynamic memory growth
regressed code size and runtime performance a lot, so I used the
default configuration where all memory is allocated up front.
But now with the wasm2asm backend this seems to be improved,
with no measurable performance change and only ~1k code size increase.
