Breaking change: Rename electron particle flux

Prefixes the electron particle flux function name(s) with "pflux_",
i.e., swap "pflux" and the spectral type in the function name.

Allows us to name these functions consistently when we are going to add
other types such as Gaussian, exponential, and power-law particle flux.
