:recycle: UPDATE ErrorAction

Fixes issue where error would be throw in parameter `-ErrorAction Stop` is specified when calling `Get-AIMCredential` by removing hardcoded addition of `ErrorAction` to `PSBoundParameters` in `Get-AIMCredential`, and instead adds `$ErrorActionPreference = "Stop"` to `Invoke-AIMClient`.

Updates install.ps1 to use Pester4 only for appveyor test phase (as modules pester tests have not yet been updated for Pester 5).
