Commit Message

Fixed captured stdout/stderr not getting reported.  Refactored poolRunner().  Better capturing and reporting of exceptions that escape the testing framework.  Fixed a case where coverage may not get terminated properly.  Removed a test that tested single-process test runnning (which we no longer do).  ProtoError and ProtoTest now have nice string representations (traceback and dotted name, respectively).
