Info page for displaying CE dependency information and index page for displaying all monitored projects (#37)

* [WIP] Basic info page for displaying CE dependency information.

* Fix layout of Box row columns.

* Update Primer CSS version. Add root route ('/').

* Add links to dependency pages.

* Add colored status labels. Add Github star button. Add header.

* Add overview of monitored projects. Move static svgs to public/images.

* Added a sticky footer stating that the overview was generated by Cutting Edge.

* Added sticky footer to index page as well.

* Add clipboard.min.js and a Copy to Clipboard button to copy the link to the badge.

* Link to / (index) page from Header.

* Refactor Header and Footer into partials.

* Use #fetch to fetch a default color.

* Remove MyGitlab server from default projects.yml.

* Add dropdown for copying the image link or markdown link to the clipboard.

* Give more real estate (width) to the badge to prevent clipping.

* Cleanup debugging.

* Implement project urls in overview of monitored projects ('/').

* Handle situations where the workers haven't finished their jobs.
