fix: (platform) fix of defects related to Search Field (#3237)

* Fixed styling for button hover over.

* Fixed weird type ahead matching behavior

* Added optional '<span>' tags to highlight result which allows spaces to be displayed
* Added "closeSuggestionMenu" step before creating a new one, so that menu appears to stay attached

* Adding string 'trim()' to matching algorythms to fix whitespace issue.

* Fix category menu not closing on keboard enter selection

* Fixing issue with value change, and fixing unit tests.

* More unit test fixes.
