De-conanize Terminal++ (#237)

* Removed conan from regular build scripts.

* Updated README.md for new instructions.

* Updated Travis script to build without Conan.

This required backtracking on the recent update for the latest
version of Google Test that changed INSTANTIATE_TEST_CASE ...
to INSTANTIATE_TEST_SUITE until a good build script is developed
for GTest latest.

* Removed libfmt from consideration during coverage generation

* Updated changelog.
