Authentication model (#95)

* Initial setup for migrating authentication to a new model

* Merging broken code.  Users dont load.  Migration script fixed though.

* Failed to use the _id of authentication

* Adding reference to userid in the auth model

* Adding user id to auth model

* Making model plural instead of singular

* Changing to use the authentication objects instead of a user object

* Adding pre save logic

* Renaming new migration script to account for removal of previous migration script
