Taking registered dependent files into account for cache

Details:

* pywbem_mock now provides support for a provider dependents
registry. This change takes the dependent files registered for
a mock script into account when determining whether the cache
is up to date. This is done by adding the content of each
dependent file to the calculation of the MD5 hash value of the
mock environment. Because the dependent files need to be
checked before loading the mock environment, the dependent
registry is pickled into a new pickle file in the mock cache
  directory.

* Added a new mock script simple_mock_standalone.py that
depends on a MOF file which it compiles and registers as a
  dependent file.

* TODO: Testcase with simple_mock_standalone.py mock script.
