Commit Message

Use a custom ITraverser when finding sites for persistent ZCML registrations.

It fires BeforeTraverseEvent, letting subscribers do their work, such as installing the site. This is helpful/necessary when the path contains namespaces
or otherwise relies on component registrations being active.
