Refine conan usage (#221)

* Reduced number of Conan remotes required.

Many of the Conan packages have migrated from Bincrafters to
the Conan Center, including the Boost packages (which are no longer
componentized).  This means that fewer remotes are required in
total, but also a little re-working of the build scripts.

* Updated CMakeLists.txt build script

* Removed unnecessary Conan remotes from Travis script

* Increased timeout for Conan Install.

* Fixed rot13 example to work with new conan setup.
