Split font properties into their own utility module (#390)

Splits the text utilities so that all properties that change a font  property use the new `font-[property]-[value]` naming convention. This refactor also adds a few new font utilities:

- `font-family-[key]` - new
- `font-leading-[key]` - new
- `font-kerning-[key]` - new
- `font-weight-[key]` - adds more variants
