feat(allowed hosts): Allow matching subdomains or all hosts (#276)

Summary:

Add support for matching subdomains, or matching any host, in the server.allowedHosts configuration property:
.example.com matches my.example.com, hello.world.example.com, etc.
. matches all hosts
