Acomodated new Pylint check 'raise-missing-from'

Details:

- Pylint 2.6.0 has been released and implements a new check
  'raise-missing-from' that was issued when NocaseDict re-raised
  exceptions. Since the raise from syntax does not suppress the
  'Another exception occurred while processing exception' message,
  but the currently implemented approach with setting __cause__ to
  None does, the Pylint warning was addressed by disabling it.
