Docs: Use --tags for pushing release tag

I wrote this before I ran the steps, and realised during the process it was wrong.
Hereby correcting. --follow is for when you're pushing a branch and want to opt-in
to allow pushing any tags attached.

To only push tags (as I intend here), one must use --tags instead.
