feat!: add support for Node.js v14

Add support for Node.js v14 by embracing the following breaking changes:

* Brought 425 status code name into accordance with RFC 8470
  ([v13.0.0](https://nodejs.org/en/blog/release/v13.0.0/))
* http: detach socket from IncomingMessage on keep-alive
  ([v14.0.0](https://nodejs.org/en/blog/release/v14.0.0/))

Only users upgrading to Node.js v14 or later will face these changes.
