* Fix ingress.path - use appName instead of release

* Release name must be unique per app within a cluster

* TEMP update go lib

* - add config maps to Galaxy install
- improve logging in GKEInterpreter
- add trailing slash to HttpGalaxyDAO to avoid 302 when status checking

* Added helm delete galaxy, and improved helm monitoring a bit

* Removed by mistake

* Fix unit test failures

* Create KSA and pass it to the helm command since it appears to be required now

Annotating for workload identity not implemented yet

* - add customEnvironmentVariables to Swagger and GetAppResponse
- added keepHistory as a configurable param to helm uninstall

* PR feedback so far; still need to add unit tests

* factor out buildReleaseName method

* Fix DB call

* helmScalaSdkV = 0.0.1-RC2

* More PR feedback and add a few tests
