records: improve update of publication information

* In new INSPIRE API, don't return journal_info as a list (fixes #239).
* Trim whitespace from 'journal_info' in both assignment and display.
* Use report number as 'journal_info' if no publication information.
* Record type 'conference paper' needs a space for new INSPIRE API.
* Need to update data table records when updating publication info.
* Push data keywords after reindexing following publication info update.
* Modify test_update_record_info() to increase coverage after changes.
* In new INSPIRE API parser, use 'None' (string) as default abstract.
* Add 'arxiv_id' as optional key in create_data_structure().
