fix #30 - update examples w/r/t callback return vars

specifically verify_access_token_sub and it returning a list of not just
token but also scopes and user_id when successful for both verifying an
access token *and* a refresh token

that method is ultimately called from
Mojolicious::Plugin::OAuth2::Server.pm in the _verify_credentials sub:

	( $client,$error,$scope,$user_id ) = $Grant->verify_token_and_scope( ... )

so we need to return those values
