* Initial set of commits related to contract and security group deny rules

* added drop log table entries and upaded inflowmanager test

* modified default value passed to getLog

* addressing LGTM complain

* addresses review comments and codacy complains

* updated test cases for secgrps deny rules and additional changes

* removed action builder libs from the tests and added log action changes

* added a statement to handle if no log action specified
