Cleaned up test_pywbem_server.py

Details:

* Renamed testcase arrays and test functions to have 'pysvr' in the name
  so they become unique and can be specified in the TESTCASES env var.

* Removed unnecessary testcase parameter init_args for the create_connection()
  testcases.

* Improved description of testcase structures and test functions.
