Feature/87 kinesis nested data support (#88)

#87: Added nested data structure support to the Kinesis connector.

* JSON Objects are mapped to String (Exasol VARCHAR type).
* Similarly added support for JSON Arrays.
* Added integration tests for all data types.
* Updated the Kinesis user guide
* Fixed review findings
