Allow for displaying the stats in either pywbem or pywbemcli fmt

If the output format is txt, the table is displayed in the pywbem
format, otherwise it was displayed as a pywbemcli table.

Modifies tests.

Adds a new method in common to determine if a particular format is in a
specific table group.
