Consolidate getDominantMaterial methods into one (#139)

There were quasi-independent implementations of getDominantMaterial
on three separate objects. Now they are all unified into the same
implementation. The special needs of various clients have been handled
by refactoring the functionality into two functions at the composite
module level. A warning was added indicating the high liklihood of these
functions being moved to something more topical of composition in the
near future.

* Change a few getComponents to iterComponents.

iterComponents is a bit lighter weight. This is unlikely to have any
direct performance gains but just shows the proper usage of iter vs.
get. Additionally, we use iterComponents in a few places rather than
going a chain of for loops over blocks, then components, where it makes
sense.

* Fix unused variable in hasComponent and fix docstrings

* Move child managing attributes from ArmiObject to Composite
