add before_script and after_script in executor section for schema from PR https://github.com/buildtesters/schemas/pull/85 (#428)

buildtest will write before_script.sh and after_script.sh in var/executors/<executor-name>/
which are sourced in all tests. If before_script and after_script field are not set these
files are empty.
Each testdirectory will have before_script.sh, after_script.sh, generate.sh, and run.sh
The run.sh is the final script that is run. The generate.sh is what buildtest generates.
