Making updates for owmeta_core changes

- Contextualizing contexts with connections rather than passing in `conn.conf`
  needed only when loading DataObjects since the connection provides a common
  mapper and mapper resolves classes now (previously, the Context itself did it)
- Explicitly calling Mapper.process_class for various classes since we are not
  processing them automatically during import anymore
- Using `.query` for some DataObject init since we changed the URLs generated
  by these classes causing the query not to work anymore.
