DS-2906: Use value attributes when converting to numeric (#4)

* Use value attributes when converting to numeric
* Added new function numbersFromCategoricalVariableSet to convert
a PickOne or PickOneMulti question from Q from its data.frame/factor
representation to a vector (single varliable) or matrix (multi) of
its underlying values using value attributes, sourcevalues, and codeframe
* ScaleVariableSet() now uses this new function, and now properly
handles merged codes as a result
* asNumericList() (and hence AsNumeric.data.frame and AsNumeric.list) now
check if the input is a variable set, and if so call the new function
* OrderedToNumeric (and hence AsNumeric.default) now also call the new
function if it is detected that the input is a (single-variable) variable set
* If the AsNumeric is called with a variable set input, a warning will
not be thrown as a result of the conversion to numeric since UnClass is
not called in this case
