Processing.py Contributions portion (#43)

* removed parameter verify = verify_only in line 231 of processing.py first parameter and added extra parameter to line 262 processing.py self.reports

* fix style error in config file changes req 36

* added mappings into search.py for contributions

* edited models.py so Contributions index appears
in elasticsearch

* finished debugging style errors in search.py and models.py

* fixed errors in errors-backfilling so setup.py test passes
