Remove old orderbook reading implementations (#1340)

This PR removes the remaining soft-deprecated orderbook reading implementations. Only the event-based orderbook is left. This is because they are arguably not performant enough to be used anymore and dead code is bad.

A bunch of removed code - CI should be enough!
