bump version to v11

features:
 - allow passing data in WebSocket `connection_init` (ie: Auth Tokens)
 - compatibility with Python 3.5
 - auto-selection on data interpretation (matches printing)
 - support sessions with RequestsEndpoint

other improvements
 - updated Pipfile (replace pep8 with pycodestyle, bump websocket-client)
 - README.md tweaks for grammatical and idiomatic English
