Pm 3253 get annexes without using portal catalog (#7)

* In `utils._categorized_elements`, use `aq_base` to get `categorized_elements` to be sure we get the one on context. Indeed the parent could have this attribute too...
Do not use `portal_catalog` to get `categorized_elements`, instead, store `allowedRolesAndUsers` in the `categorized_elements` data and rely on it to get the content directly stored in the parent.  This for performance reasons.
