Fixed re-generation of cmdshelp.rst and fixes and cleanup for conn file location

Details:

* The recent addition of the full path of the default connections file in the
  help of option --connections-file causes the cmdshelp.rst file to be different
  for different users, and thus to be re-generated in the working directory of
  each user, and thus potentially repeatedly committed.

  This change fixes and improves that as follows:

  - Rephrased the help text to show only the base file name and describing its
    location verbally as the user's home directory.

  - Added to the help text that the user's home directory is determined using
    Python's os.path.expanduser("~"), pointing out that this also works for
    Windows.

* Fixed in the help text of option --connections-file that the envvar has precedence
  over the default. As previously written, it stated that the default is used
  when the option is not specified, leaving it unclear how that relates to the
  envvar.

* Cleanup for various flavors and parts of the connections file:

  - Names of constants in the files: conftest.py, _connection_repository.py,
    and pywbemcli.py.

  - Centralized the determination of the default directory of the connections
    file to be in _connection_repository.py.

  - In several test modules, changed the direct use of the base file name of the
    connections file, to be created from its centralized definition in
    _connection_repository.py.

  - Renamed fixture repo_file_path to connections_file_path, for consistency.

* Docs: In the glossary, updated the entry 'connections file' to be consistent with
  the descriptions elsewhere.

  Removed the alias "WBEM connection definitions file" for that glossary entry
  because it was not used anywhere else anymore.

* Docs/Help: Updated the help text description for command group "connection" to be
  consistent with the decription of the connection file elsewhere.

* Docs: In commands.rst, changed the location... (continued)
