make sure sandbox instances get killed quickly on SIGINT

It might be the way process groups are currently layed out in order to
more easily handle subshell dying, but sandbox doesn't appear to respond
to SIGINT in a timely fashion so just yank the instances with SIGKILL.

No one wants to sit around on the terminal waiting for processes to
terminate after hitting ctrl-c or similar.
