August 2020 update 1.

CHANGED: Replaced all remaining "kwargs" with "keywords". Changes affect
the use storage functions:

    OLD:

        * storage_format_kwargs_names
        * signature_accepts_kwargs
        * repr_kwargs_names

    NEW:

        * storage_format_keyword_names
        * signature_accepts_keywords
        * repr_keyword_names

DEVELOPER:

    * Changed update.py to _update.py.
    * Rewired classes to no longer explicitly inherit from object.
        * All classes implicitly inherit from object in Python 3.
    * Promoted MetricModulation.py to metricmodulation.py module.
    * Changed illustrate.py to illustrators.py.
    * Changed fractions to quicktions.
    * Removed reliance on pytest-helpers-namespace for mypy with pytest 6+.
