Physical units are default on Snap (#24)

* Set physical units by default on Snap

* Add axis and colorbar labels by default in plot

* Set units in plot with str not Pint units

* Fix axis and cbar label units in plot

* Add warning if extent has no units in plot

* Add examples to particle_plot docstring

* Move get_array_in_code_units function

* Update README.md to show physical units by default

* Refactor units in Snap and phantom reader

Changes include:

- Snap._array_registry functions return unitful quantities.
- Snap.units no longer exists.
- The add_array method no longer takes a units argument. It is assumed
that the function produces a unitful array.

In addition, removed some Snap.properties as they are only used to
produce other arrays.

* Get code units for extra quantities

* Rename get_array_unit to get_array_code_unit

* Remove unneeded import

* Ignore some mypy errors

* Rename radial velocities on Snap extra quantities

* Fix bug from previous commit

Now it only has the core units, i.e. length, time, mass, and magnetic
field.

* Fix bug in units for Snap translation and rotation

* Update examples in docs

* Change docs examples into scripts

* Add better view into available arrays on a Snap

Now if you add the argument `all=True` you see all possible array
options including, e.g. `postion_x`, `dust_fraction_001`, etc.
