* 887 - db schema for Ethereum blocks and transactions

* Endpoint for Ethereum

* Small refactor and renaming

* Solve compilation errors and limit number of classes

* Introduce metadata configuration for Ethereum/Quorum blockchains

* Change wrong name for overwriting display name

* Update configuration to have visibility flag for blockchain and network in single `metadata.conf` file

* Changes after code review
