Fixes default classifier error with regression tests (#477)

* preserve user's classifier.npy

* Set default classifier file correctly in classification tests.

* Add classifier fixture to each test in full pipeline tests.

* Fix environment command in readme

* only copy over classifier file if home classifier exists for user

* Removed set_default_classifier fixture.

* removed ops dependence from classify.py. Also removed os import

* run_s2p passes classfile to classify func via ops.get. refactored classify command in detect.

* Remove dependence on mutable default parameter for classify.py

* Fix parameter for classify in test_classification

* Add typing to parameters of classify. only assign keys if None, else leave alone.

* Added use_built_in_classifier option to default_ops and classify.py

* use set intersection on keys and stat0 in classify. Fix conditionals in classify.py

* removed unused variables, added keyword arguments for readability

* added default to function

* minor path shortening

* Added resolve to path in get_builtin_classifier of classify.py
