Browser/bugfix/update trk js (#195)

* send correct args in trk js handle_draw call

"edit_value" was deprecated in favor of "target_value" and "brush_value"
to make handle_draw compatible with conversion brush functionality

* fix trk js brush functionality

- brush size needs to be rescaled in caliban.py to work correctly
- js brush.draw needs additional arguments
- clip edges of image before drawing brush to prevent edge artifacts

* use const instead of let to define new Path2D
