* Catch ValueError from SuperstructureMLCA

* Ensure empty dataframes still have superstructure columns

* Skip empty dataframes and print warnings to debug

* Improve database copy
- Feed parent QWidget into copy_database signal
- Cleanup finished copy thread from outside

* Allow 5 scenario tables and balance the width
