cleaanup: rename cmd suite of tests (#3550)

Description of the change:
- Update the go e2e test to have the suffix _test which has special meaning for the Go compiler.
- Rename test suites created for cmd. Otherwise, when it fails we are unable to know if is for example Scorecard Suite from cmd or from the internals one.

Motivation for the change:
- Know what is the suite of test that fails and avoid duplications in the names.
