Commit Message

- call reader WITHOUT dict-unpacking to allow appending args at runtime
(this is very useful for re-fitting but requires adaption of existing scripts!)

- initialize the folder-structure only from main-process
(necessary to allow calling RTprocess.setup() prior to __main__ protector
... e.g. to import modules from files at process-level)

- use warnings.warn() instead of print() for messages

- optionally allow a 'description' property that is appended to the model_definition string

- add a "increase_cnt' function
