fix warnings about blocking filehandles in streams

IO::Async v0.74 introduced this warning about doing `autoflush` on
streams that lacked the nonblocking flag. This commit forces all output streams
to be nonblocking if autoflush is being enabled, preventing the warning.
I don't know the reprocussions of this, but CPAN Testers will help find
out.
