Fix suppressing exiting error code * The uncaughtException handler used to shutdown the mock api server was suppressing the exiting error code. This meant that `npm run test` and consequently jenkins just went right along churning. * Here we at least return 1 and end it. A follow up to look at what exactly is going on with this exitOnProcessTerm stuff will come with T107481. Change-Id: I86c9fe23b
