feat(ventcool): Add the ability to parse simple window-based ventilation

This commit adds the ability to translate VentilationOpening and VentilationControl schemas into simple single-zone ZoneVentilation objects.

I also updated the OpenAPI schema with the most recent version (used to specify default values) and I added a couple of tests with the large sample models that we have in honeybee-schema now.

@searanv , if you want to use this to gen an understanding of how we will translate your AFN schema work, I recommend studying the from_honeybee/ventcool/opening.rb file.
