Refactor show anchor functionality (#41)

This PR refactors the `showAnchor` method by breaking up it's tasks into smaller ones. Because of this work, it was also possible to add the new alignment option. Included in this refactor are these methods:

- `getAnchor` - Returns the anchor of a scroll element. It priorities (a) the data anchor, (b) parent anchor and (c) the options selector anchor.
- `getPosTop` - Returns the top scroll position of an anchor within a scroll element.
- `getPosBot` - Returns the bottom scroll position of an anchor within a scroll element.
- `getPosNearest` - Returns the nearest scroll position to make a scroll elements anchor visible.
- `getPosition` - Returns the scroll position based on the passed alignment option (top | bottom | nearest).
