Complete Main Reviews menu (details below) (#11)

- Replace GlobalStyle.js with style.css to prevent proxy server global
conflicts, as style.css won't be served with a production bundle
- Refactor InfoTooltip to render a tooltip over any child via React
component forwarding, update tests accordingly
- Integration, unit tests for new components. User.js component unit test
is pending, as it is not complete (lacks the hoverbox with more info)
- Move styles for Reviews into Review.styles.js for cleaner code
- TODO for next PR: Recent Reviews, User hoverbox
- TODO longterm: refactor existing components to remove deprecated
defaultProps in favor of ES6 default args (as per React core team plans)
