Update Obj-C/Swift examples to Themis 0.13 (#674)

* Update CocoaPods and Carthage lock files

Bump the version in all lock files to Themis 0.13, matching the
dependency files.

* Relink Carthage projects against objcthemis.framework

Use the new name instead of deprecated themis.framework. Update import
statements as well in Objective-C code.

* Use new Themis 0.13 API

Update Secure Cell API with the new one available since Themis 0.13.

* Sign macOS projects to run locally

Make sure that Xcode projects for macOS are configured to correctly sign
binaries to run locally.
