Adds support for Validator::lengthBetween(), plus phpcs fixes (#89)

- SchemaPropertyValidator and tests:
- - Translate Validator::lengthBetween to minLength and maxLenth
- - Instructed phpunit coverage to ignore methods which are clearly
covered by multiple tests
- - Some light refactoring
- PHPCS fixes to EntityDecorator and NamespaceUtility
