Bugfix/correlation id performance fix for issue #1681 (#1766)

* added a performance improvement for doing a search for workflows by correlation id

* remove no-longer-needed getWorkflowsByCorrelationId method without workflowName as a parameter

* fix tests to use the appropriate workflow name

* take out scheduledTime sort when already sorting by sequence
