Improve CLI arguments parsing and diagnostic noise (#144)

* - Switching to `yargs` for arguments processing, allowing to disable default flags
- Added `diagnosticLevel` option to limit/control noise in the console diagnostics
- Updated readme

* Added more tests to hopefully have enough coverage
